Frank Bale - AKA the Bognor Clown

Frank Bale, the youngest of the Royal Zanetto trio, was born on May 18, 1873, in Lambeth, Surrey, Frank carried forward the family’s theatrical tradition with great enthusiasm. In 1894, he married Kate Eliza McLellan, the daughter of a baker, and they were blessed with three children: Dorothy Florence, Arthur Percy, and Violet Kathleen.
